2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use any part of the jm8 platform. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jm8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age requirements are not satisfied.
2.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jm8 account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and reversal of all bonuses and winnings credited to any such accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are required to notify jm8 promptly of any changes to your registered details. jm8 shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
2.4 Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that use of the jm8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jm8 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Residents of prohibited jurisdictions must not register or use the jm8 platform.
2.5 Employee Exclusion: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of jm8 and its affiliates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gambling activities on the jm8 platform.
3.1 Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jm8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.
3.2 Unauthorised Access: You must notify jm8 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jm8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability: jm8 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or permit the use of your account by any other person.
3.4 Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jm8 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform, or to close such accounts following prior notice.
4.1 Currency: All player account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jm8 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard MYR transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods: jm8 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, and FPX bank transfers to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other supported institutions. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the jm8 Cashier section.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. jm8 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the Cashier section. jm8 reserves the right to perform identity and fraud checks before releasing funds.
4.4 Identity Verification: In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, jm8 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Funds Usage: Deposited funds may be used only for wagering on jm8 games and services. jm8 accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest on deposited balances.
5.1 All bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the relevant offer description on the jm8 platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings shall be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse: jm8 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects abuse of bonus structures, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
5.4 jm8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modification shall not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to existing terms.
6.1 All bets placed on the jm8 platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable to that product. Rules for individual games are accessible within the relevant game interface.
6.2 Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, jm8 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous game states shall not be paid out.
6.3 Disconnection Policy: jm8 is not liable for losses arising from interrupted connections during live games. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play, outcomes are determined by the game server state at the point of interruption.
6.4 Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets placed on the jm8 platform — covering markets including the English Premier League, Malaysia Super League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are governed by the jm8 Sportsbook Rules. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Accepted bets at confirmed odds will be honoured.
6.5 Maximum Winnings: jm8 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per game round, and per player per day. Current limits are published in the relevant game or sportsbook rules section.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jm8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
8.1 All content on the jm8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and brand elements — is the property of jm8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jm8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jm8 content without express prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jm8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (c) losses arising from reliance on any information on the jm8 platform; (d) losses arising from system downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures; or (e) losses arising from events outside jm8's reasonable control.
9.2 jm8's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your jm8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jm8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.1 jm8 is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion for all registered players. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of your jm8 account.
10.2 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the jm8 platform may submit a self-exclusion request specifying a duration (minimum 24 hours; permanent exclusion available). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. jm8 will not re-activate a self-excluded account during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
10.3 Age Verification: jm8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. If jm8 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Winnings generated by an underage player will not be paid out.

11.1 By jm8: jm8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, where jm8 reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements; or court order or regulatory directive.
11.2 By the Player: Players may close their jm8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending verification requirements must be satisfied before any remaining balance is returned. Self-exclusion requests do not automatically close an account but prohibit access for the nominated period.
11.3 Clauses which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall survive the closure of any player account.
12.1 jm8 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jm8 will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jm8 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Your continued use of the jm8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jm8 holds its operating licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jm8, you must first contact jm8 customer support in writing to attempt resolution through the jm8 internal complaints procedure. jm8 will acknowledge receipt of any formal complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
13.3 If the dispute is not resolved through the internal procedure, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by jm8's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding to the extent prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jm8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
